🐾 An Inspiring Meeting with Paws of War

What an informative and inspiring Rotary meeting today!

We were honored to welcome Mike and Lisa from Paws of War, who shared the incredible work their organization does to support our veterans, active-duty military members, and first responders.

Making the presentation even more special was Paws of War recipient John and his service dog, Callie. Lisa also brought along Gia, an adorable Maltese-Chihuahua mix who is currently in training.

Hearing firsthand about the training, dedication, and life-changing relationships created between these dogs and our heroes was truly remarkable. It is amazing what Paws of War can do for those who have sacrificed so much for us!

Thank you to Mike, Lisa, John, Callie, and Gia for spending time with us and giving our club a better understanding of this incredible organization. 🐾❤️🇺🇸

💙 What a Week of Service!

Our club has certainly been moving and shaking — and making an impact!

Last week was a perfect example of what Rotary is all about:

🐔 Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck – We had the privilege of serving a Chick-fil-A lunch to the campers and staff. There is nothing better than sharing smiles, good food, and a little Rotary fellowship with this wonderful camp community.

🍻 Po'Boy Brewery – After our time at camp, members enjoyed some well-deserved fellowship at Po'Boy Brewery. Service is important, but so is taking the time to strengthen the friendships that make our club special!

🧹 Open Door Exchange – We finished out the day by rolling up our sleeves for a warehouse cleanup at Open Door Exchange. Many hands made light work, and our members once again showed what it means to be People of Action.

Three stops. One day. Lots of fellowship, service, and impact!
