This will also be an OPEN CUPBOARD COLLECTION DAY. ***PLEASE NOTE: No Meeting on Tuesday, 2/7.  INSTEAD, we will gather on Thursday, 2/9, at Crazy Fish (in the Village) from 5:30 PM onward. The Rotary Club of Seatuck Cove invites you to its Antiques & Collectible Appraisal Day on Saturday, February 11th, 9 AM to noon at South Bay Bible Church, 578 Montauk Hwy., in East Moriches.  You may bring up to 5 items per person, and there's a suggested donation of $5 per item. (If the merchandise is too large to transport, please bring photos.) The District will sponsor its next TGIAF social networking opportunity on Wednesday, February 22nd, 5:30-7:30PM at a location TBA. Also, the District is seeking nominations for representatives on the Council for Legislation for RI.  The District invites you to "Feed LI #2" on Saturday, March 4th, from 10 AM to noon. The first initiative was a big success, with meals prepared for over 42,000 Long Islanders last November. This 2nd service opportunity will be held at 4 locations (TBA) throughout the District with at least 100 volunteers at each site. It is hoped that over 50,000 meals will be prepared on this occasion.  There will be on-line registration and payment ($40 per volunteer) offered to make the process of participation easy. Please Save The Date. From Ronkonkoma Rotary: A request for help for Rotarian Michele Martin, who needs a Bone Marrow Transplant.  If you are interested/able to donate, please register at bethematch.org .  Michael plans to tour the Sunshine Alternative Education and Prevention Center on Boyle Rd. in Port Jeff Sta. tomorrow, 2/1, at 4:15 PM, to see if there is something we can do to help out with refurbishing the place, and he invites members to join him. John Perkins noted that St.Charles is providing free dental care for children on 2/3 from 8 AM to noon as part of "Give A Kid A Smile Day".  Please save this date: May 21st. That's when we will have our Annual Spring Clean Up at Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck.   Another invitation to remember: On Wednesday, May 17th,  the District will hold its Centennial Celebration at Whitby Castle in Rye, NY.
